Vacation ownership is a simple system where you make a one-time purchase of your furnished lodging unit accommodation, at a fraction of whole-ownership cost. This gives you the privilege of using your vacation right for the time allotted to you every year.
There are 4 types of fully-furnised units to choose from:
- Deluxe Rooms
- One Bedroom Units
- Two Bedroom Units
- Three Bedroom Units
One of the unique privileges Azalea Vacation Club offers is – you can access all Azalea Hotels & Residences. This certainly gives you a variety of destinations to choose from.
Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as, plasma TVs with cable channels, stove, refrigerators, microwave ovens, iPod docks, safety deposit boxes and full service kitchen facilities.
Yes, you may transfer or sell your ownership of the vacation share to other people, provided it is fully paid and your membership is in good standing (i.e, no unpaid Annual Maintenance Fee/s). The transfer is also subject to the payment of a fee for the registration of transfer of ownership and the issuance of a new certificate.
